For example, Apptrackr has implemented various CAPTCHA checks for all cracked apps, which allows it to avoid the legal issues associated with hosting direct links to pirated software.
Donations welcome
The website is also attempting to avoid a courtroom battle with The Big A by moving its servers to areas outside of the United States. This, unsurprisingly, can be costly.
Apptrackr has recently introduced advertising on its website to supplement donations from its users.
